Default Opinion needed on a LS400 purchase

I am looking at a LS400 1994 to be exact, is has normal mileage and regular maintenance has been done to the vehicle per the records from the current owner.

He is having some timing issues (not a big deal to me I can fix it no worries)

The big hiccup for me is that the vehicle does have a salvage title on it...

What would you pay for this considering salvage title.

He is asking $950 as is... all I am looking to get out of the vehicle is a nice VIP look going for a great price, I have wheels and coilovers already for it just need the car.

if you buy it, dont plan on selling it, salvage is a no no...

most people will not want it. ( and I am one of the most)

950 is dirt cheap. Im pretty sure if you wanted to resell, you could get back your money! The leather looks like its in decent condition too!

for that price and year its a good deal
for a car that is 18 years old more important is condition of the car than milage or title

Buy it, then install some ksport coils on her and show us how low she goes with dropping the rear springs LOL... Haven't seen one LS yet on this forum recommending your coils yet.

Not sure what you mean but you adjust height by lower mount on our coilovers for the LS.

but yes it will be getting Ksports if I decide to get it, along with 18x10 and 18x11 wheels... thinking Equips not sure yet though. Might go ADV1 since I know some people over there.

Her parts are worth up to $5K and $950 is essentially free. I'm wondering why I never find such deals.

Great find... I love it!

It's not outside the realm of possibility that the seller was traveling over the Faher's Day weekend and didn't have access to email.

Give him a couple of days just on the off chance something like that is responsible for the quiet and crucify him on Wednesday....lol.
