Question Stock air bag modifications

has any one ever try to modify the stock air bags to lower and lift using after market tank, compressor, solinoids??? Or modify the bag to take a bigger line. Or does any one even know or have a diagram of what the inside of one looks like. I have a 94 ls with air suspension . When i bought the car it was laying low and the air suspension didnt work. After diagnosing i found that a level sensor is the culprit. I didnt feel like buying a new or used one so instead i did a little rig up. I hooked up the rear two bags together using a compression t and led them into a strator valve. And same in the front. The bags hold air over about 70 pounds which is pretty jacked up but under 70 pds it seems to loos the air??? I dont understand and if i figure this out i feel i have an easy fix and or modification. Any ideas.. And i dont wanna hear to switch to coil overs its lame and i want some inovative ideas!!even though it is what im going to end up doing after all. I just want some good ideas i know there are some good engineers in here!!! Thank you all

the factory bags wont last if you try to make them ride low, they will blow out/start leaking.

there was maybe one member before who discussed it though i forget if he ever reported back or not, the fittings are a proprietary size so you'd have to do all new fittings at all 4 shocks. too much work in my opinion to ride at stock height.
