I have to change out my signal/combination switch. It is not as easy as you would hope, but not beyond do it yourself. Here is pictures of what the USED PARTS company sent me when i asked for a switch (100$). The good thing was extra parts and practice on tearing down a used column before ripping into my own.

they shipped you a complete steering column for $100 just so you could have one of the stalks?
i need to find a shop like yours. If i ask for a manifold maybe they'll give me the whole damn engine and tell me to take it off myself.

Yeah, i think they just do that because how difficult the process involved with taking that switch off is. Originally Posted by PureDrifter

But i bought the column from Foster Auto Parts, its very large and reputable Used parts dealer. They own wrecking yards all over the country and have a massive stock. I work at a body shop and they deiver for free, not sure how private party sales would work.
nope. i did it on my old '95. remove the shroud+lower dash, used a right-angle screwdriver (or a regular one, i forget) to unscrew the switch, remove, disconnect, replace, rescrew, win.
