Default need inputs from fender experts

Is it true that the rear fender cannot be pulled if it's already been shaved (the extra metal/lip)?

correct me if i m wrong, thanks

A good body shop can do wonders and weld up/fab as needed.

the inner metal will seperate and may require some spot welds. this will burn the paint....If its not a lot, just go slow
