Maybe it's just me but I'm still not sure exactly what your problem is?
You said there isn't spark at the plug but is there spark at both caps??? I know you replaced them but are they arcing? You said you have voltage at the coil so have you checked both coil wires for voltage? You have to find out exactly where the connection is being broken to solve this issue.
Something isn't adding up here??
If you have voltage at the coil you should have spark if everything leading to the plugs is in order. There is t a component that I know of that disables spark between the coil and the rotor.

Sooo ive gone thru everything and made sure all my conections are good and i still have no spark, it might jus be time for new wires. I mean ive got some reading through them i just dont know what specs are for the ohms going through them, so if anyone has any ideas? Please let me know. Thanks

The wiring from the coils on is pretty simple. That leaves the signal from the ECU to the igniters. If that tests ok, then somewhere from the ignition <ON> switch to the ECU.

Random thoughts:
ignition key cylinder.
rear trunk lid harness.
wire loom along the driver fender

It is not unheard of for some rodents to make a home and for whatever reason, the wiring plastic sheathing is a fun chew toy.

The harness in the deck lid would have an effect on it not getting spark?

It has been associated with a variety of odd behaviors. While ignition I don't recollect being mentioned, I would still verify the wiring integrity just to make sure. With any short, it can cause a multitude of problems depending which ones are shorting out.

What about the condenser? Not the a/c condenser but the one that deals with your battery and electrical system?

Replacing parts blindly is costing $ and your time. If all the suggestions we've relayed aren't producing results, have you tried reading for any codes? Have the car towed to a good shop and diagnosed.

Well that part i know, it would just be considered a money pit. Ive been talking with a giy who works for valvoline and an old guy he work with knows literally anything amd everythin about any car out there. An i was just waiting to hear back from him if he got any answers outa him. Only reason i ask about the condenser is because ive read about them and that they could cause some of these problems, i havent purchased any new parts recently thus being that ive tried goin over things ive already done making sure that i didnt mess up down the line. Ive pulled codes and they r for the tps and something else that dont deal with it firing. Im the kinda guy that hates goin to a shop bein that they want an arm and leg to do something little and thats y i have always done my own work, unless its literally something i cant do...only problem is i feel like im gettin down to that point now. I put a used ecu in it and left the battery cables clamped together over night to clear all the codes but problem is i still have the same codes when it all put back together and someone asked if it maybe had 2 ecu's and by all means correct me if im wrong but it doesnt. So why would i still have the codes as well?

is your friend like 80? they arent called condensers, they've been called capacitors by everyone the past 30 odd years. LS400s (as well as pretty much every car since 1975) doesnt have an old-school condenser/points ignition.

Glad you figured that out I was sitting here going... I haven't thought of the old points type ignition at all. With all the checks done, my last thought was something in the wiring harness. Short of that...I have no idea.

See thats where im stuck at, i dont know for sure if the capacitor is bad or not i had planned on goin to get a few from a junk yard n the next couple days. But yea short of that and a short somewhere im stuck. I just cant figure out y it would start 7 months ago and then sat for that long and now wont fire. Just doesnt make sense and i have soooo many people mind boggled as to what the problem is
