Default Where is the ECU fuse located?

I have a 2000 LS400..

Is it labeled as ECU?

Engine bay, just in front of the driver side strut tower under the main relay/fuse cover.

just pull the negative battery terminal.

if you're trying to save interior settings then pulll the EFI fuse.
