Speedometer Needle 1/2 lit

My speedometer needle in my 94 LS400 is only half lit the top 1/2 is not lighting up all of the other needles work fine. Is there an easy fix to this or am I just better off not worring about it

others on ebay will do it for less than above two ... sometimes much less ...

on ebay I recall reading here on CL bba-reman is good.
