Exclamation Caution with eBAY Cluster Rebuilds

If Any Of You Decide To Rebuild Your Ls400 Instrument Cluster Make Sure You Do Not Use Ebay's --- Car And Truck Electronics From West Palm Beach!!!! They Offer Horrible Service And Took Over A Month To Return My Cluster Back To Me.
I Chose To Send It In To Fix The Malfunctioning Non-moving Needles. They Said They Could Fix It, But Returned It In The Same Condition. They Charged Me More Than They Originally Offered. They Dont Return Phone Calls And Do Not Allow You To Talk To Any Techs Other Than Through Email. They Are Creeps. However Iam Sure That They Can Fix The Infamous Lighting Problems, But It May Take U A While To Get It Back. I Chose Them Because Of The Cheaper Price, But You Get What You Pay For.

Call your credit card company. You did pay with a credit card right? Instead of that no good Paypal protection garbage.

I got burned on a ebay transaction last year but had my money back when I called my CC company and disputed it.

There is the link to their auction. And yes unfortunately I used the crap paypal, do donot exept any other form of payment. I paid with a debit card, so it maybe difficult to fight it.

Doesnt matter if its an actual credit card, or Debit, as long as you have the visa logo, then your protected. Visa will even remburse you if the item you purchased was stolen ($500 limit), except for car related parts.

Yes I always knew about Jim's great worl, however, I was being cheap and tried to save a few bucks. That I will never do again. As soon as Jim can figure out how to solve the sticky needles I will send mine to him. Thanks for all the advice guys.
