Default Needing help with wheel issue

I need some advice from the community about some wheels I’m looking to buy. I’m not very knowledgeable on tire offsets and clearance issues and I don’t want to buy a set of wheels that don’t fit.

Currently I have the stock 16” wheels on my 95 Ls400. Here are the specs of the wheels I’m looking to get:
• Size: 18x8
• Offset: +45mm
• Backspacing: 6.29"
• Bolt Pattern: 5-114
• Rec. Tire Size: 235/50-18
• Weight: 25.4lbs.
At the moment I’m at stock height but I do have a set of coilovers that I plan on installing when the weather gets warmer.

Thanks for the help in advance.

The wheels should fit with no mods. The only thing i would worry about is clearance for your brakes! Have any pictures of the wheels?
