ls 400 air suspension questions
first thing. i replaced the left rear strut due to the all common issue. now car will raise up. if i put it on high, car will rise.. now heres the funny part. when i put it back on normal, car will not lower back down. is this due to a height sensor issue or dump valve issue?
second, im very good with aftermarket air. is it possible, or has anyone ever disconnected the factory lines from the factory air struts, and installed their own air managment? (compressor, tank, valves, switches)?
thank u for all who please answer and help me out.

yes it is possible to disconnect the factory lines and remove the factory air struts and install other forms of suspension. just make sure you either pull out the fuse or turn off the original air pump so it doesn't burn out unless your decide to remove it anyways.

yeah i dont wanna drive around low. except for being parked. i jus wanna be able to raise it and lower it. i have a data systems controller but now that there is a dumping issue im not in the mood to trouble shoot everything. i need to locate exactly what makes the car lower. <--that info would be nice to.
