Just turned on the car, and it starts clicking. Anyone know what could it be?

is it while the air is going and does it sound like its coming from the vents? i had the same thing in my 93 and when i adjusted the temp. button it stopped.. really weird

did you check the fluid color/smell and level...?
if its the right fluid (Toyota T-IV only) that's not burned and at the right level, I would take a stab and say it's the trans mount.
