Question TRAC and No TRAC Clusters, Interchangable??

My 1991 LS's Cluster Lights up Perfect Spedo works as well as the Temp and Fuel Gauges. the only one that does not work Correctly is the Tacho. It fell Below the 0 and only Rises when i punch on the gas pedal to take off. I Tried opening the Cluster following LexLS.com and re-positioning the Needle back above the 0 and it worked for a few weeks (But was off a couple Hundred RPM) Now the Needle fell Below the 0 Again.

Now my Question was, I Got a Cluster from another 91 W/O TRAC. Are the Clusters Interchangeable?? I Followed the LexLS.com Tutorial to test the Lighting on the Cluster and it Lights up Perfectly. (Only that it has over 100K More than my Original Cluster.)

one way to find out is if you have another one or you going to the junk yard to get one check the top of the cluster for all the troubles/codes if it say trac on it will work. If you didn't notice the trouble/codes reflect off the cluster screen from the top. if it do work let everyone know.
