anyone know what this *** controls or goes to? Im just curious it looks oem and not aftermarket

It's to control the volume of your lock/unlock 'beeps' when you use your key remote.

Yup...the audible beeps when the remote activates-deactivates the locks/factory alarm system.

No there isn't. And the 91 LS doesn't have an audible beap when the doors are locked with the remote.
