Default Fixed Brake Light....now need help on Headlight

My left low/high beam headlight on my 95 LS400 is out and I have purchased a replacement bulb. Hoping for instructions on how to access old bulb and replace. The "light lens" has clips , but not sure if this is proper access point. Hoping that I don't have to remove battery and other covers/parts to access, but will if necessary. Would appreciate instructions, as days are getting shorter and would like full operation of headlights. Thanks.

I cannott help you on the headlight. But can make a suggestion, buy some service books. Life will be a lot easier.Than when a problem pops up that you cant figure out with the book,A lot of nice people on this site will jump in to help. They will help anyway. But it is nice to do what you can to fix something before asking for help.Such as buying service books.Good luck.Michael.
