Exclamation 92 ls400 timing or tps problems?!! :/ help! im lost :/

hi im a new member im having some problems with my 92 ls400
problems
i had a code for my egr code 71-i fixed it was clogged up
my idle was really high and it was missing so i moved the tps then codes 12,13,15,24,and 31 came up so i reset the computer now im getting code 13 it runs smooth at idle now but when i drive it down the road it jerks/misses i checked the timing its at 10ish but the cam marks are off i need some help here what could cause this issue i don't want to rip the timing belt off yet if that's not the problem any help/input would be greatly appreciated thanks guys! also when i rev the motor up and let it off it backfires or pops and when i move the tps so the idle is higher it starts missing btw everytime i start it the motor idles really low and has no power at all then after a couple secs maybe a min or 2 it revs up and has power
could my tps have a dead spot in it?
is my timing off or belt stretched ?
im lost here

this sounds like you have a crank position sensor issue. this would be most likely. this is in the front of the engine, above the crankshaft puleey and mounted to the engine block. this should take care of it. http://www.fixya.com/cars/t3983020-no_rpm_signal_1_2

i was told by a tech that is no longer here that the wires can rub against the belt and cuase these types of issues.

so get the engine warm and set TPS to 650 rpm for idle. then check that harnes that it is not damaged or rubbing against the belt.

Welcome.
I replaced my TPS with a used TPS last month, and it fixed the surging and bucking problem I had that I thought was the Torque converter.
TPS has been a sweat saver for me!!!

i replaced the TPS snesor buyt it didn't help. I have a wire problem i think.

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

as you can see the 4 wires are bent and the plastic insulatiion snapped right behind the connector.
If i touch the blue red wire the problems begin.

If you haven't, unplug the MAF and see if that does anything, then check to see how dirty the IACV and throttle body is.
Maybe could be the camshaft position sensor going bad....
