I think it is a test " xenon :" kit . Not even sure if the company is still around.

It look like the clear/smoked turn signals were not around either at the time.

The spray tint was around but looked horrible, most the time the chemicals contained often degraded the plastic lenses. With the later clear bra materials, it became easy.
