Default 20x10 wheels

How would 20x10 wheels with a 25 offset fit my 96 LS?

for your rears? all you need is fender work. Im running 20x10.5 rears offset is 34 with 20mm SSkit, megan LP coils. Its not "flush" but its "sunked/tucked in".

running 245 35 20 for the rear tires. not the best, but you should run 235 30 20 is your best fitment.

Both front and rear. Stock suspension and my fenders are not rolled and I'm not planning on rolling them

Youre gonna have to roll/cut your fenders. It will hit on big dips with soft stock suspension. Thats besides the fact its gonna look redonkulous at stock height. What wheels are they? They might not clear the front calipers.

yeah you can make that setup work in the back but there's no way you're going to get the 20x10 +25 with a 255/35-20 to fit in the front of your car without pulling the hell out of the fender, and even then it won't look good. for it to work in the front you need to A-stretch and B-buy wheels that are high-disk to clear the brakes.

you need to search more on the fitment threads.

what about with 235/35/20 tires? Or is it just the offset on the wheels that won't work?
