I love how everyone says to search. I've actually searched for this in the past and never found anything, but didn't dare ask for I knew I would be tarred and feathered by everyone. I think this question has been asking 10,000 times, and never once answered with anything other than "search"

I honestly dont see why not.

I did a couple google searches....worded differently, and I did not find anything that said "yes" or "no"

there is a slight chance they would not work. but I really dont see how they wouldnt.

to settle thos, you could always find someone with 95 and just swap and see. the only real problem I forsee is may a couple wire pigtails could be different. but all you gotta do is switch them.

I know, I know....easier said than done......but with the lack of responses vs the thread view, its really the only way to find out.

and worst case scenario, swap the seat/slider brackets.

I do not know for sure if they are interchangeable, .....and I think that LEXTECH would have a better idea. and I dont like saying "search"
ive only said it 2 times....maybe 3 tops.

the changes from 93 to 95 are not that significant, so chances are, they would fit.

OH REALLY NOW? just the fact that '93 and '95 are two COMPLETELY different chassis'??

CAN you fit '95+ seats into your 1st gen? yes. but it will NOT by any means "bolt in" and will require a reasonable amount of effort in both research (to get the wiring sorted) and fabrication (to make sure all the seats bolt in SAFELY (no 3 out of 4 bolt BS) so that if you hit/get hit the seat doesnt buckle and rip your spine apart.

so yes, it could fit, depends on how much work you're willing to put into it...

any '89-94 seats will fit with minor wiring differences only.

oh yes...REALLY.

in pyhtons link, it clearly states that it can be done. and not once did it mention anything at all about mounting issue. but it did bring up electrical connection issues.

so, if the seats can fit, exactly how significant are the changes with a 95 being a "completely different chassis"

just because the chassis are different, doesnt mean everything in the entire car is different.

nowhere in that link did it state the '95-00 seats bolted in. On the very last post of that thread I even put the disclaimer "then its just a question of getting the mounts to work."

a couple people mentioned seeing an eBay car that potentially had '95-97 seats, but there was no idea on how they were mounted. several people did swap later year FIRST GEN seats into their early FIRST GENs without mount issues.

again, CAN 95-00 seats bolt into an 89-94? MAYBE but if you're making the plunge don't be surprised if you have to modify the mounts a fair bit.

even when OCH did his LS430 interior swap he ran into a mount issue where only 3/4 mounting holes lined up and he had to fab up a 4th mount. (but his wiring was a fair bit more painful if i recall)
