I have a 95 LS400, can I remove them, and put straight pipes on?..they are clogged, and it is $2000 to repair, I don't need an emission test anymore, will this mess with the computer?

lol clogged?
double lol at $2k to fix? you can buy aftermarket 49 state cats for the LS (BOLT ON!!) for <$300 a pair all day long on ebay...
go find a shop that knows what they're doing, the cats don't usually GO BAD, something MAKES THEM DIE! usually an ignition/timing problem that's not combusting all the fuel properly (like a dead coil).
need more info.
