I'm interested in getting my factory stock wheels on my 2000 LS 400 converted to chrome. How much does this usually cost ? Do they send off your wheels to have them dipped in chrome ?

i had '93 factory chromes that were chipping off at the bead edge, causing slow air leaking. the best price i could get in denver to rechrome was about $275 per wheel. i went to aluminun five-spokes instead. they were on sale at discount tire for $75 each.

about 800-1000 for getting it done or a chrome exchange.

you might just want to find someone selling a chrome set...would be about 1/3-1/2 the price.

I would trade my chrome for near perfect shape non chrome if my mount/balance was paid for. My chromes are perfect, just a thought.
