Angry Extremeley weird dash light problem (basically everything but CEL)

So after driving to a Clublexus event today I started up my car to go back home. Sometimes my coolant light comes on briefly but then turns off but this time all of these lights came on and did not turn off.

-Coolant warning light
-oil light
-e-brake light
-tail lamp warning light
-and battery light

I dont understand why these remained illuminated yet the actual CEL light didnt come on. After restarting my car, they still wouldn't go away. Then, I disconnected the battery and reconnected it but it did not go away. My powersteering pump is leaking pretty badly and I noticed some dried coolant which must have splashed around the resivoir. Could this have anything to with it? I'm bringing my car in tomorrow to use an OBDI scanner to see which code it could be

Can anybody provide any insight as to what is going on!?

I did search for this problem but couldn't find any info about getting a bunch of CEL without the actual CEL coming on.

Thanks!

^^^^ That or, hows your alternator? I had all the lights when my alt was bad and not charging the battery. You did mention the PS leak, that can make your alt go bad, like mine did.

Dean is right on the money. I bet if your probe your alternator's output you will find its not meeting spec.
