i'm from the GS forum but i have a question for all you 98-2000 LS owners. i understand that the 98-2000 LS has the same engine as the 98-2000 GS400, but just that the GS has a modified version to put out more HP. for those that don't know, the GS4's have a rough idle problem. the cars idle around 400 rpm and idles rough. many of us have that problem. i'm just wondering since you guys have basically the same engines as we do (1UZ-FE), do you guys have the same problem?

Nope, but if my LS only idled 400 rpm, I'd imagine it would be rough. 400 rpm sounds very low. Best I can tell my '98 LS400 idles aroung 700 rpm.
