so i noticed this a few days ago. Instead of the fast starting sound i hear a slower bogged down starting sound, almost like the car wont start but it does anyways. I load tested the battery and was getting under 11V so i bought a new one, which really didnt help. With the load tester on the alternator im getting 14.4 volts.

The only thing i recall doing was running a bottle of stp concentrated injector cleaner in the tank than the problem started to happen. I added the bottle to a full fuel tank. The car seems to run fine otherwise, although it seems sluggish to accelerate when i floor it...could just be my imagination or the new 18" heavier rims i put on. Is it possible the fuel filter is clogged from the injector cleaner, i changed it last year.

im really hoping its not the starter going bad, if so what would a garage quote for labour?.., this job looks to invovled for me.

BTW the dash has no codes illiminated.
