this is on a 93' LS400. i'm not 100% sure if it is or not but on the cluster there looks to be like a radiator symbol that is always on. what could it mean? it's not low on radiator fluid or anything. there's also another light that is on which is next to the radiator symbol, it looks to be like a red circle...?

 

I have a '93 that I bought in the spring and the rad light was always on. It was for the wires going into the sensor in the overflow tank. I believe it's for fluid level. Mine was shot we suspected so Toyota said they fixed it for me. They snipped the wires. Light went out.

 

Try unplugging the level sensor in the coolant overflow bottle, see if it make it go away.

 

ok i unplugged it earlier and it did go away but the red circle symbol is still there.
