Engine fan operation question
Is it normal for a 94 LS400 engine clutch fan to be on when the engine is cold then turns off when it gets warmer?
It sounds pretty loud like a vacuum cleaner during the first 10-15 mins of driving the car in the morning.

It's gone stiff. Might need a new one, get oem.
