how hard is it to replace air filter on a 98 and up LS?
it looks like i have to unscrew a few bolts before i can get to the air filter? can someone tell me how to do this step by step?

It's very simple. You just have to unscrew the black plastic air intake to get to the filter. About 3 screws or so.

It's about the simplest maintenance service you can do. If you're unsure, there are instructions in your owner's manual.

i am located in Torrance, CA (south bay)

i know it was very simply to do on my 91 LS but on my new 98 it doesn't look as easy. and the manual doesn't explain about it at all. i will see if I can do it.
