97 LS400 driver side kick panel fuse box cover with fuse legend. Fr cig is for the cig lighter in the ashtray and the RR cig is for the lighters in the backseat on the doors. Fuse for the center console power port inside the arm rest is under the hood labeled (TEL) 15 amp

My power port didn't work after i plugged in an air compressor, i took out the fabric washer from the power port to bypass the fuselink but it still didn't work. Turns out the (Tel) Fuse under the hood was blown. Replaced it and now i have power back to my power port.
