Default Persistent Code 13 - Did I Screw it Up?

So about four weeks back I decided it was time for a tune-up on my '90 LS400. I did it over the course of a few days, and everything went fine until the last day, the day I changed the distributor rotors, caps, and spark plugs. After all was said and done, I started the car up, and all seemed fine, until I noticed the CEL... It came back as a code 13, but, the car seems to run fine. The RPMs rest at about 300 when warm and idling, and while performance seems fine and I find that there seems to be less hesitation than previously, I still am not sure what may be off... I even cleaned the Throttle Body the next weekend, still, no luck... The CEL appears pretty regularly, but goes away once in a while too...

I'm not sure if I screwed up on plugs, wiring, the dist. rotors, or if I snapped a sensor.... I plan to give it a look over soon, but I may have to take this one into the shop, as I'm relatively new to cars... Any theories would help and would be greatly appreciated!

I would look at the camshaft sensors, as to whether one of them is unplugged or if the leads are broken.

That was what I was suspecting, but I haven't had time to take a look yet. But if it was one of the camshaft sensors, would it be intermittent, with the CEL going on and off occasionally?

So I finally found out: It was the camshaft position sensor, which seems to have been shorted by rubbing on the accessory belt... Anyone know is this an easy DIY job?

basically step 1-13 if u want to replace it

http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/engine/timingbelt.html

if u want to repair it, solder the wire together and heat shrink it and tuck it away.
