Default How to remove glove box

Noob question but I'm trying to install a Datasystem on my '94 and I know the harness I need to get to is behind the glove box. I don't want to bust any clips or anything because I've never worked on the interior of newer cars. Thanks

remove the cov er on the left side, unscrew the 2 screws holding the yellow thing to it. then pop out the 3 round plugs on the bottom of the glove box. i also think there is 2 screws on the top side of it, not 100%. as for the glove box door, pull the covers off where the arms attach to the door. then slide the arms off by slightly pressing away from the door. then the center piece should slide out.

for the bottom piece on the passenger side, it snaps down from the middle with a flat head screw driver, then slide it toward the floor like an inch and it falls off the bottm and can be pulled out. then the middle part has 4 10mm bolts holding it on. 2 from the bottom and 2 that are behind the glove box once slid out. this middle piece has the ecu attached so unplug the ecu connectors from underneath before unbolting it to make it easier. youll then have full access to everything pretty much.

On a 1993-1994, the same press-in-plugs as on the bottom should be on the top side.
