This is for a first gen so up to 93 but im guessing it would probably be somewhere in the same area?

Fuel filter is on the left side of the car. it's hidden behind a aluminum shield forward of the left rear wheel. Use a 12/14mm flare wrench to attack the flare tube fittings on the filter.

The fuel filter is right above the rear differential, or thereabouts.

I asked my guy about this service interval. He said unless the car was driven in some third world country with dirty gas, this is unnecessary to replace. Stateside, it isn't an issue. I bought one intending to do mine but after his comment, I didn't.

If you need one, I have Part# 23300-50060. PM me for price.

RA I had heard that also...Though I did end up doing mine and I did see a little improvement in MPG's I will never do it again as in doing so the fuel line did start to twist so I fear if done again could end up requiring a new fuel line.
