Default 91 LS lower ball joint replacement?

Its time for me to replace my front left and right lower ball joints. Whats the going price for this service and is there any better replacement than OEM parts?

I had to change mine this past weekend and it was pretty easy. I bought the ball joints from Napa Auto Parts, $85 and made in Japan.

The steering is so much smoother now.

Just finished mine today actually. If you're handy or at least have ever removed a brake caliper it's cake. Only tool I had to buy was a 24mm socket. You will need a long breaker bar or impact gun.

Took about 40 mins per side for me with hand tools, so an honest, experienced mechanic working with power tools should take no more than 30 mins per side.

Got parts for both sides from Advance Auto Parts for $112.

Amazing smooth difference steering at parking lot speeds and a vibration I had from around 115kph and up (~70mph+) is gone now.

$45 each, just google it. easy job with the right amount of gusto. you will end up paying out the a$$ if you take it to a mechanics shop.

Did you do the strut bar cushions or the LBJ's? IIRC, the LBJ's are either 17 or 19mm bolts. The Strut bar cushions are 24mm...
