Default alrite guys...a trunk problem now...

yea so my trunk wont open through the button on the dash it also wont open with my remote trunk relase on my alarm...wtf is up with this **** now.....i can only open it with my keys and its a ***** to turn the car off just to pop the trunk...any ideas as of what happened???

i had the same thing happen to me once.........at first i thought i blew a fuse.....or something else electrical b/c my battery was disconnected......but inturn i overlooked the obivous....i had the lock in the front pushed in....i doubt it'll be your problem but u never know...sometimes the simpler thing is the answer.....good luck fixing tha problem

Yeah, check that the lock on the dash below the trunk and gas lid release is not depressed. Very easy to overlook!

Even with the lock pressed in it should still open by the remote though. That just disables the trunk release from inside the car. That's the way mine works but maybe it's different on yours.

I think it's your fuse.

alrite thanks guys.....ummm where is the fuse for the trunk???
i looked in the manual and under the dash and didnt see a specific fuse for the electric trunk???

thanks alot guys nutin but some CL help....

Hahaha thanks dude! I was also wondering why my trunk release doesnt work all of a sudden... somehow the lock was depressed. Cannot believe I overlooked that. Thanks for saving me trouble and time because i was thinking about takin it to the shop!

I have a 1994 LS400, and the trunk lever does not work...I do notice that when I pull it, I can here a click, possible a relay trying to work. Are there any adjustments?
