1995 LS 400 High Idle
When I start my car it idles at about 1300 to 1400 RPM's. Would this be the Throttle position sensor? What else should I be looking for and has anyone had this problem?
Thanks,
Koach

Mine did the same thing but up to 2000. The TPS or the Idle Air Control Valve. I did this and it helped. Get the gasket for like $3 and I used an old tooth brush to scrub everything I could reach.

If it surge a lot when put in drive, look at you motor mount, I still didn't have time to do mine but it help apparently.
Cleaning the TB won't solve this, but it's not a bad thing to do.
