Default Idle Air control Valve (IAC) need cleaning?

Hi!
I have just got my car back from the dealer for the engine rebuild, car feels a lot peppier now. However, the vibrant idling in D(drive) is still here and the rpm still dips about 500 when coming to a stop.
I was suggested by my service advisor that it may be the IAC that needs to be cleaned for the rough idle.
Just curious if there's anyone had a similar experience with this idle issue and got it fixed by a full throttle body cleanup or something.

Thanks!

Clean your throttle body and MAF sensor put some fuel injector in your gas tank get new air filter and PCV valve, i don't think you wanna touch IAC on Lexus IS, replace your spark plugs. Remember all Lexus has minor vibration, if you get vibration from the steering wheel you should check Engine Mount and Trans mount, vibration feel from door is normal for IS.
