Default Power outlet and heated seats question...

I DID search, but all I could find was the tutorial on how to fix the power outlet on a UCF10, not 20.

When i got my LS the front power outlet worked fine. All i used it for was for a phone charger. One day it just stopped working. Could it be a fuse, if so which one?

Also, my driver's side heated seat doesn't work, the passenger side works fine. Are there any easy things to check to try and fix it, or would it be a bigger problem than that?

Thanks,

Kyle

As for the lighter, try finding the fuse box under your dash, there is probably one in there named 'Cig', check it

you have to search the whole LS forum, not just that one thread.

Cig lighter is most likely a fuse. When heated seats stop working, it's usually because they just crap out, but it is possible it could be something else.

I checked the fuse on the Cig lighter and it was fine. So we pulled the center console apart and checked the plug itself in the tray. Everything seemed to be fine, and unlike what was posted in the How To thread, there was not a cloth washer on the plug, it was a metal. So we just reassembled everything and voila, the cig lighter worked. So i think that a plug was just loose or something.
