trying to help my grandma out.
she loves her car, the way it rides and drives and the only thing that has ever gave her any trouble is her air suspension. sounds like a while ago she went to a meeting and was told her struts were shot by a fellow employee, the front suspension dropped randomly to her surprise to the point where she couldnt drive it. she had that fixed.
Now here lately her rear suspension has done the same thing except that she had been able to witch it to sport mode and could continue driving. now she wants it fixed but is getting ridiculous quotes.
i want to help my grandma out,
i am wanting to fix this for her.
what are my options? which is best?
are these rebuildable?
are re manufactured pieces available?
should i just do away with it completely and go regular shocks?
Thanks
switfh norm it drops in rear
sport, raises tail
fronts

I have that Arnott page bookmarked in case my A/S will shoot some day. From what I've read in other threads on A/S, if one corner goes, the rest will follow soon, so a full year sounds quite good.
To chime in, I would get two Arnott back A/S struts for the $800 and put them in (/have them put in). That would fix the A/S for the rest of that cars lifetime.
