Location of NO.1 and NO.2 Height Control Relay

Does anyone know where NO.1 and NO.2 Height Control Relay are located on a 1991 LS. I am getting the infamous flashing NORM Light. Air Pump motor works when I connect power to it. Sometimes it works sometime not and the NORM light flashes.

The attached diagram seems to show a "RELAY ASSY" on the right side of the trunk.
