Default Campfire in Passenger Seat

I have been troubleshooting heater for almost a week now. I believe I have read every post on this site having to do with heat and a/c issues. Everything on this car (94 LS400) shows that the heater should work, but it doesn't. If anyone has a theory as to why my car thiks that I should be cold this winter please let me know. So far I have changed tstat, flushed heater core, ran 3diagnostics, checked fuses, pulled glove box out and made sure that all dampers and servos were working properly, filled coolant, bled system 4 or 5 times, heater core hoses are hot, water control valve works properly, I'm really at a loss here. My next step is to start a camp fire in the passenger seat. Could there be a clog in the heater core that allows water to pass through but not heat and if so is there a way to get it out? Come on guys I know there is someone out there that has the answer to my problem, please.
We are expecting an ice storm here in Southern Mo. starting Thursday and ending sometime Saturday morning, thats gonna be tough on my hour commute to and from work.

Me the TRee

You know I have been messaging you, treeman, with 1990-92 information regarding actuator tests. I do not know if the procedure is different for 1994. Somebody-in-the-know here for 1994 should chime in and tell this poor frozen soul what he needs to do to confirm that the air mix actuator (the one that opens and closes the air flow through the the heater core) is functioning. Hot water in and out of the core says the core is fine.
