try check up with the club lexus hawaii section, maybe someone can help you locally? The cheapest suspension set up would probably be a drop spring/strut combo, but i dont think it'll get your car as low as coilovers
if you want to maintain or improve ride quality id recommend coilovers

Not the cheapest way,but coilovers is the route you should take.you could do regular drop springs but it wouldn't be as low as if you were to use coilovers.but the cheapest way would be to cut your stock springs,or take them out completely.**not recommened**

I heard somewhere that you can even heat up your spring to get them lowered. Old school people did that to their cars way back when there is no aftermarket parts for them. But, I'll go with everyone else on the coilovers.
Also, while we at it, I saw people also use airbags with the coilovers. How is this work? Do the airbags replace the springs on the coilovers? This is what I'm looking into because I do want to lower my car to the ground when parked, but do want to raise it up so I can drive comfortably.
