Hope that this helps. Haven't had to do it myself but it looks like you can reach it by removing the pillar garnish.
It would be leaking down the sides and not the slide roof housing, you would think. Might still be clogged if it is leaking near the roof slider.
Let us know, take pics,

Hi nasty and frustrating stuff. I have dealt couple of times now with sunroof leak. At first I had a drainage line that needed replacing, which was pressed hard against pillar not letting any water pass through. The pillar cover press hard against it. You can reach them through pulling the edge of headliner, though you first have to remove the roof side inner garnish. The job is tidious and you should have some time on hand rather than hurry because you will most likely brake something. Trust me I know. At this point your problem is not clear. There are many parts to sunroof, and sometimes the best thing is to remove completely the headliner as per previous post instructions and see which part is causing it. In my case the second time around, I the composite drainage rails were leaking on the sunroof. I removed the back seats, the headliner and kept puring water and it kept leaking. I finally had to take the car to a specialist who installed the whole new part. Total for labor and part was $600. I simply did not have much time left, I had to get it done. He showed me the cracks after he pulled the sunroof assembly, they were tiny but I live in Seattle and that water just kept collecting under the rear seat. All in all the problem solved, it would have been three times as much if I did not remove most of the interior myself, which is not that difficult but time consuming. I hope your problem is much simpler than mine, perhaps just plastic tubing. My advice if you attempt it yourself, work slowly and allow plenty of time.

No worries bro.
Good luck, stay patient when removing the garnish. Recently did the driver side seat belt and snapped a few. They are pretty brittle after the years.
