Default 1992 LS400 Heater doesn't work!

hi all i have a 1992 Ls400 and my heater doesn't work.

doesn't blow fan doesn't turn on nothing.

sometimes my front defrost blows, and when it does... it does blow hot.

my LCD screen climate control is broken. but some of the buttons light up.

if i replace the LCD screen will my heater blow again?

if not what parts do you think it could be, anyone else have this similar problem?

i do plan on getting a LCD screen climate thing anyways. but i'd like some insight so i can pick up any other parts i need.!!!
