Default AC compressor clutch

I tried the nifty self-diagnosis (press "auto" and "recirc" simultaneously while turning on ignition) and was delighted to see that there were no error codes. I have 65# pressure in the A/C refrigeration circuit high side and low side, I have 12 volts leading to the clutch but it just gives a little spark with no engagement of the compressor. The gap between the pulley and the pressure plate looks a tad excessive, but I certainly get no engagement click when power is applied directly to the little grey clutch connector.
Can I replace the clutch stator, is it available? Or the clutch assembly? Or does it have to be the whole dang compressor?
