most probably, bolt pattern is the same, and if it clears IS-F calipers it will clear yours...

it's very likely they won't clear the front brakes

IS350 guys have to use spacers in the front because the IS350 has WIDER brakes (not bigger) than the IS-F. we have brakes that are even wider than theirs.

check 2IS forum to confirm as i might have it backwards, it's still early for me
