Default Heater problem

I have a 93 LS400. I can set the temperature at Max and only get cold air. I am unable to get any heat. The AC works fine. Help

If you are properly operating the climate control system, then your problem could be either with the heater core being clogged or the heater core valve could be stuck closed.

I made the mistake of using a Radiator Stop Leak product. It caused my heater to be clogged up (I get little or no heat). I will try to flush my cooling system to see if it will come out.

Sid Ellner:Check the water heater valve,it's under the hood in the middle of the firewall, small black valve, control cable that should move up or down as you operate the temp switch.
