Have you followed the heat of the hoses to their destination? Do the heater supply and return hoses get hot. Does just the supply hose get hot? Does it not get hot? Does the heater control valve lever actually move through its full range? And can you feel heat flow past the valve as it opens? System properly bled?

As Amskeptic said, ensure that the heater core to and return line are hot. If they are than you're heater core is working. The only possibility is that your heater control valve is not opening, just as Amskeptic said. For example, if you jack up the front of your car and turn the heat on it will still blow cold, if you lower the car then the air will become warm, in other words the vacuum that controls the valve isn't strong enough to overcome gravity. Check to ensure that the valve works.

I have checked heat hoses coming in and out, I did notice earlier today that the HCV wasn't opening all the way. I took cable off and manually did it and still no heat. Properly Bled? I have noticed several ways to bleed the system, how do you recommend
