Spray a little starting fluid in to see if it will fire.
Did you check the fuses? Maybe the injection isn't getting power.

I have checked all the fuses with a volt ohm meter, all good. Which relays should I check out? And how do I check the relays? What is the ECU? thanks for all the input

I tried the starting fluid, and pushing in the gas pedal, nothing.. Is there any way to tell if the computer is bad?

If you have spark, the starting fluid should have done something. Check the new cables and make sure they are routed to the right cylinders.

this is hiliarious, i had this same stupid problem and got 10000 different advices, i wasn't sure what it was. i took it to LEXUS and paid $110 for a diagnostic fee and they couldn't figure it out. they suggested that i have to change the distributor cap and rotor before they can figure it out.

i did that and my car is good and solid since then. if you haven't tuned up your car, tune it up, tune up is not a waste of money, if you are going to keep your game, tune it up first before any major work.

I thought the starting fluid would do something as well, but it didnt. So replace the rotors and caps even though all cylinders are getting a spark? Could it be that its getting too much gas? thanks for all the help

if the lexus dealership could NOT determine that a car had a no start due to an ignition problem then they have no business working on cars....spending money and throwing parts at a car that has a no start problem and could be a fuel issue IS a waste of money....hope u dont work at a repair shop.....SMOOOOOOOOOCH

Which brings me to my next "Bit O Wisdom": Mr. Shop Owner, Is your repair "a guess" or "a fix"?

If the firing order is correct, and you're getting spark, and the starting fluid doesn't do ANYTHING, check timing, it may have slipped way out, or the belt might even be broken.
