Default Need Advice-Storing the LS for the winter

I've decided to put my 95 in storage from Dec 1 -May 1. A friend of mine's apartment building had some extra spaces and I have access to the car whenever I want which means I could start her up from time to time.

The winters here in Montreal, Quebec are simply brutal.Huge temperature fluctuations(as much as 30 degrees Celsius with wind chill from one day to the next), snow, ice, sleet you name it we get it. In addition the roads and highways are heavily salted and sanded. It is simply an inhospitable environment for the LS, not to mention the rise in fuel costs plowing through all that snow and the general toll the winter takes on the car.

To get me through the winter,I bought a 91 Mazda 323 which has only seen Florida summers(no rust at all) and has 111 thousand kms. Picked it up for 850.00$ and all it needs are snow tires and an oil change. They are supposed to be solid little workhorses.

My question is what should I do other than changing the oil and adding fuel stabilizer to the LS which is going to sit for about 5 months? Should I run the A/C and heater from time to time? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated from anyone who stored their cars before.Thanks.

take it out for a drive once a week (at least 10-20mins) and you won't need to prep it NEARLY as much

Ideally but....
Driving it around is not an option as I took away the collision part of my insurance policy to save$$$-so I can afford to run and have the 2nd car.
