Default Replace Drivers side windows due to Vandalism 94 LS

I was parked on a nice residential street at a friends & heard my alarm going off.

Walked out to find my Drivers side door window smashed. Nothing stolen that I can think of.

What should a replacement cost?

It could but it depends on the insurance and cost the usually person has a 500 dollar deductable and i know the glass wont be that much. and even with labor maybe that much but then you have to look at long term insurance Increases and cost effectiveness of doing that.

A web quote price at Safelite.com is $250. Make sure you get the correct tint type glass (blue, gray, or bronze).

Depending on your location, I guarantee you will not even $50 if you buy this from Pick Your Parts.

Or check on the Classifieds section, there were a few people parting out their car.

Same door was hit by what must have been an SUV tire as it left the parking spot beside me 8 months ago.

Geico had the damage $1600.00 or so. (one place totaled it!)

Bought a door with a window for $100.00 & had it fixed. I did not use the window out of the door I bought so I am hoping that the window is still at the shop that did the work.

will be used parts for sure.

The folks at Speedway Body & Frame no longer had the window that came with my replacement door.

I dd source a used one for $45 & they will install it for $50.00 so I can get back on the road.

Still sux but not awful.
