Default Arrrrgg.....swiped!

So I come out on my lunch break to see this:

Looks like it was some kinda yellow/orange public works truck......bastards.
Are there any good compounds/polishes that you guys can recommend? I'm gonna give it a little elbow grease. *frustration*

That SUCKS Drivers these days don't have much conscious when they just leave and not put a note for the owner.

The estimate from my body shop to repaint my rear bumper and replace the trim was $735. Since they only needed to paint the lower half, it wound up being $515 or such.

Ouch that is horrible! Sorry to hear that.

One of my family members ran into a Ford Aerostar taxi last week and took out their rear bumper with a rental Toyota Corolla (silver color). The Toyota had nasty black mark, exactly on the front right bumper, same shape as yours (more actually) and some on the plastic head light.

I took some towels and put brake fluid on the towels, and after about 15 minutes it all came back to silver.

When we returned the car, the rental company looked it over, didn't even say anything.

Or you can use this time to get a VIP body kit

Btw did you fill the 3 holes that were left by the "lexus" word logo on the left?

he did a full jdm emblem conversion...search his name and u'll find his thread about his conversion.

that looks bad, looks like the paint is cracked and probably spider webbed. might need to wetsand and polish.

Ah! My twin! :P

Which reminds me, Flat Four, that I never sent you the pictures of mine with my Toyota/Celsior badging. I cheaped out and put the word "Toyota" on the left side (still have one small hole to cover...I'll find something) if for no other reason than it looks more symmetrical.

Anyway, once I clean it up tomorrow I'll show you mine.

By the way, I just came across these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JDM-9...2em118Q2el1247

Do you think they're worth roughly $130?
