Default SC & LS suspension compatible?

first of all i searched and came up with nothing....i didn't want to start a thread just for my answer, but i really need this info by friday. Im in need of Top hats for my suspension , i came across some on craigslist ...He posted that they are for LS400's but when i called him today he said they are from his 1995 Sc400....he also said that they would fit my 1991 ls400 struts... is this true?!?!...i hope it is , but i have a strong feeling that they dont....well any help is appreciated

please note, i said to search again because similar topics have been covered....
no, the top hats iirc are a different lexus/toyota part number...therefore it is highly unlikely that they would fit. now if you want to buy them and see they would work that is entirely up to you.
